 We do require a valid credit card, email address and phone number to place a reservation.  We require at least a 48 hour cancellation notice or we will charge a minimum of one nights stay.  All reservations booked within a 48 hour period will require a valid credit card, phone number and email address from the person/s reserving the room, and will  be charged for a minimum of the first nights stay. We do require a valid ID upon check in as well.    Pets must be declared prior to check-in.  Fees will be applied if we find that pets have been in the room.  All rooms are non-smoking.  There will be an extreme charge if you smoke (anything) in our rooms.  Please respect our future guests.   We are a small place and truly appreciate your business!
