Erik and Mike have owned and operated the Trail Riders Motel for many years now.  We are excited the Homestead is a part of us now.  We grew up in Northern Arizona.  We have been living in and exploring Colorado for 20+ years.  We found a home in Grand County and we are happy to answer any questions.

• Being a small, owner-operated motel, we prefer to take reservations over the phone (the internet and email may not be secure).
• Homestead does allow pets for a small fee.  Please call to for availability.
• All rooms are NON-SMOKING (NO SMOKING anything in the rooms)
